- After your payment, we will issue your ticket(s) as soon as possible.
- You will receive your e-ticket(s) and a confirmation guideline by email within few minutes (sometimes it might take longer). You could use it at reserved date and time slot which mentioned on your e-ticket(s).
- If your chosen date or time slot is not available (sold out), we will contact you by email for an alternative time slot. Or we will cancel your order and refund your payment.
