- You will receive your e-ticket(s) and a confirmation guideline by email within few minutes (sometimes it might take longer). You could use it at reserved date and time slot which is mentioned on your e-ticket(s).
- Please note: We will issue your ticket(s) based on the travel date and entrance time you provided. We don't guarantee you get your desired entrance time, but we will issue the ticket(s) as close as possible to your desired entrance time, and we make sure the entrance time is in the time slot you choose.
- Please pay attention to your exact entrance time on your e-ticket(s). It could be any time within your chosen time slot.
- If your chosen date or time slot is not available (sold out), we will contact you by phone or email for an alternative time slot. Or we will cancel your order and refund your payment.
